I tried to book a flight through this website and I was scammed. The check out screen displayed the message that the transaction was not completed and when I checked my bank account a few days later, I saw a charge. I immediately called the company and tried to dispute the transaction, and was put on multiple hours. Hold only to be talked to by the representative who hung up on me. I gave my best to explain the situation, but the customer service representatives were not even interesting. In hearing my story. As a result, I lost a full value of a ticket, and there was nothing I could do. I just wish this doesn’t happen to anyone else and that is the only reason I’m posting this report.
