GO TO GATE is a SCAM!!!I spoke with the airline to cancel a flight. They told me that the cancellation charge is INR 3,500. After that I called GoToGate for the refund and they LIED to me saying that the cancellation charge by the airline is INR 7,000. On top of that, they asked for a service fee of INR 3,334. In total, the charge is as high as the flight booked and they are giving peanuts in the name of refund. Other platforms do not lie about the airline cancellation fee. And charge only INR 300-350 as service charge. GO TO GATE IS A FRAUD!!!
