SCAMMERS! I bought tickets but the airline cancelled my connection flight , which makes impossible to get to the final destination, resulting in getting a straight forward refund. But no, not with GoToGate. It has been 2 weeks already and the request hasn’t even being processed. They are out there to steal your money. Customer service is close to nothing as they’re robots saying the same thing over and over again such” your request has been passed to the support team”. That is just bulls. This company is made of people and not bricks. So yeah you people are disgusting
