Worst company ever! I paid for a fexible ticket and when I try to change the date the keep me on the phone for 30’minute to tell me that their system had a problem. Then I emailed them and they told me that they will take care of it. Passed one day nothing..two days nothing..I emailed them again and again and NEVER RESPOND! I call them again and they told me to pay the double cost of the ticket to change it, because last minute the price changed! And hang the phone because I was angry. I lost my flight and had to book another ticket.Scammers, never even book anything with them!
