Total scam. I bought tickets to Florida for spring break since they were the cheapest through Gotogate, and that should have been my warning that this website is not legit. Once I put my card info in as the last step, I was given a confirmation screen saying I’d get an email with my ticket within a few days (seemed weird that I would not just get them immediately and I started to realize at this point I was scammed, but just hoped I was wrong). When I did not get that email I looked for a customer service number and could only find an email. I emailed that address asking about my ticket and I never got a response. I called my bank explaining the situation and they said I was not charged because they have a security system in place meant to detect any fraudulent charges, and thankfully this was picked up on. Do not give this website even a penny.
