Booked via gotogate based on Google Recommendation. The flight was rescheduled by the Airlines and they confirmed me via email that full refund has been passed on to Gotogate. However, it has been more than a month, inspite of innumerable follow-ups, Gotogate has not refunded me the amount giving lame excuses that they are awaiting airlines authorization.Gotogate should be banned, it’s a scam.
