Gotogate

    If I could rate this company less that 1 star I would. After my father unexpectedly passed away I was unable to use my flight, the airline offered me a full refund providing GoToGate would provide them with an application on my behalf as my booking ‘agent’ Trying to get Gotogate to complete this has become an impossible task I believe I have lost out on any chance of a refund due to their staff being completely useless. I’ve called multiple times and been asked to call back due to technical difficulties, or been told that the agent could not help. Via email I seem to always get the same, untailored response. How booking.com or Skyscanner have a relationship with this fraud of a company is unexplainable.
