They totally scams I have booked my flight ticket with them under flexi ticket. I have been calling them a week to changed my ticket but they say the concern team will contact but no one did and everyday i called they still replying same excuses. They not even directing to their higher officer. I wvwn go through the live chat still same response. My flight in 2 day but the didnt change the ticket till now. Thet are fully scam and purposely dragging our time
