I purchased 2 devices on 12/4 on their site. They didn’t delivered on time and sent me message that there is a problem with my address. I followed the instruction to contact and no answer. I called the number and after one hour on hold a girl picked up telling me that I have to contact the shipping co, Lasership and she has no phone no for them!! When I insist she gave me a number which was sending you into a loop! I went on Lasership site and started a chat and they got my number to follow up by SMS which after 3 days still nothing and now they don’t event respond to SMS!THEY ARE FRAUD!
