AWFUL!! AVOID!! Echoing issue on this thread. Purchased sneakers as a xmas present for my son; 220CDN and was asked to pay 95CDN in import fees; that’s 43%. I asked that the shipment be returned to sender; contacted Customer Support; after a little back and forth they arbitrarily deemed my email fraudulent and stopped all communication with me! so left totally in the lurch, with a shipment in limbo UPS hell. Impossible to actually talk to anyone of course. So do yourself a favor and AVOID AT ALL COST !!
