Even one star is too generous. I purchased items in Berlin and visited the global blue office to receive the tax free refund in cash. To do this they needed my credit card before they would reimburse me. This was back in November. It is now January and they charged my credit card almost £300. Absolute joke as you cannot get to speak to anyone to sort this out. SCAM MERCHANTS
