Scam, I paid $30 then I downloaded the report pdf to my phone. The “pdf” was corrupt, luckily I paid with PayPal and was able to get my money back. Who knows what was in the PDF though. The guy messaging me about my car insisted this was the best site… I feel like an idiot but hopefully this helps someone avoid this headache. I was previously unaware of this
