I feel like I was robbed. I thought I was booking through the hotel and not a 3rd party. This company charged hidden fees ($100+) on top of my booking and immediately claimed no refund was possible on my email receipt. When I spoke with the hotel, I was informed that this booking was indeed refundable but I would have to go through the company I booked with. Upon calling the provided number for getaroom the representative told me no refund was available and that I could cancel but be out 500 dollars. Total scam.. I just want my money back.
