Scam/Fraud do not use this company, booked a hotel stay and cancelled 3 days prior to final day. Was told my refund was processed on 3 times and that they can’t help me. They keep trying to put it on my credit card company and I have still not received my refund almost a month later. Horrible customer service and thieves. This not only happened with me but with 3 other rooms our group booked for the same hotel at the same time. They have not received their refunds yet either. Stay away from getaroom.com
