Getaroom is a Scam. CCI Hotel which they also go under is also a Scam. I had very poor experience with them. They charged me all sorts of hidden fees. When I added them up they were as much as 50% of the base bill. When I ask for a refund of my booking so I could do it somewhere else they refused. No where on my on list / receipt is there a confirmation number just a printOut of the dates and charges. And your customer service is useless. The date is showing check in Fri sept 23 check out sept 25 on my Barkley Arrival card for travelodge by Wyndham angels camp ca I filed with my credit company case CIS1755046 please can you give me a person to talk to before I pursue this further
