I wish there was a way to give negative reviews! This company is a complete joke! I filled out the information to book a room and then went back a page to confirm the dates and information before hitting approve. When I hit the back button it charged my card. I immediately called to let them know not only did I NOT hit the approve button but that the dates entered were off by a day. I requested a refund or at bare minimum a change of dates and they said they could not and that I would have to call the hotel directly. I then called the hotel to which I was told this company is a complete scam and they do this type of thing often. They said the company could and should return my money or at bare minimum credit me for future use. I called back to get a room and communicated again, what had happened and what the hotel did. They would not refund me or credit me for a room I never authorized a charge for.
