GET ROOM IS A SCAM. BE AWARE!!I booked a room less than 24 hours ago for 3 weeks ahead. I originally thought I was booking straight on the hotels website but was rerouted to their website that tricked me. Once I submitted the payment it had a statement on the bottom there were no refunds. Less than 24 hours after I booked I was notified the soccer tournament was canceled.I called get a room and explained the situation and was told there are no refunds and I was being recorded. Also they would not let me speak to a supervisor.It is unbelievable a company like this is allowed to continue to scam people online.
