Absolute scammers; deceptive and misleading!!! Charged $220 in booking fees ON TOP of normal hotel price! Book directly through your hotel, do not ever book through Get A Room or guest services.com!! How can companies like this even exist? It’s honestly so sad. Opened a fraud case with my bank and will be reporting to BBB, also.Update 1/1/23: the company wants me to change my rating because they issued a refund, but I refuse! Righting the wrong does not take away from the fact that they committed the wrong in the first place. Steer clear, everyone! It will be the biggest headache you ever have!!
