——SCAMMERS—-SCAM ALERT—-I thought I was booking directly with IGH holiday Inn. Unbeknownst to me I was being scammed by this company getaroom. I was sent a non-refundable email from these scammers. The reservation included a mysterious recovery tax fee that’s equivalent to the cost of a one night stay. I immediately called customer service and the representative offered me a 10% discount. This is unacceptable and I will be filing as many complaints and writing as many bad refused as one can. What a disgusting company. This company needs to be taken out of business ASAP.
