Gateroom charged me $1,552 for Tax Recovery on a hotel room that cost $2002.64.Then, Gaeroom charged me a cancellation fee of $2,313.41.WHO CHARGES THAT FOR CANCELLATION?!I cancelled within 5-minutes.Gateroom’s business practices are criminal and I will be happy to let everyone I can post to on the internet that Gateroom is a complete scam!So sorry that they are associated with Priceline.
