Absolute scam Thought I was booking directly though hotel website but getaroom has high jacked the website and now has our money with no booking….tryed to ring the hotel directly and all they say is contact your travel agent…as we booked though the hotel derect website we have no agent…we have no email,no booking reference nothing!!!! And getaroom now have our money and we have no place to stay!!!!!!
