This should be a ZERO STAR. The 3rd party called getaroom plus this hotel is a totally scammed. They scam us $176 and they did not refund us, for only 3 nights they charge us that much of taxes. The staff is not helpful, the room is so dusty, no microwave, not worth the price. NEVER AGAIN TO THIS HOTEL. The front desk old lady all of them are not helpful for us to give refund about the overly charge taxes plus they did not issue a receipt even if you requested it, obviously a scam. The hotel & the 3rd part getaroom is a scammed. Their website is a scam & a fraud. So, do not waste your time staying to this hotel. They charged us $564 for only 3 nights with $176 of taxesNO REFUND. My new year wish to this hotel and to the 3rd party will be bankrupt soon so that they will not scam other people.
