I booked a room for myself and a companion @ Hilton Garden Inn Hotel Lakewood NJ.My traveling companion was diagnosed with COVID 19. I need someone to travel with as I just completed 16weeks of chemo and need assistance. GetARoom would not let me cancel or move my reservation to an alternate date. I find this outrageous considering Hilton does not want COVID spread in their hotel. I am fuming! I would have taken half a refund. Thet are scam artists and Hilton should, in my opinion, cease any and all business relationship with this company…it does reflect on them and there reputation. I would give a big zero rating if possible.
