SCAM SCAM of a COMPANY!! STAY AWAY!!I made a reservation which I thought was a Marriott, instead it was this company. I called the hotel directly, they quoted me $551.44 for a 3 night stay. I called this company within 10-15 mins to cancel, they cancelled the reservation. But would not refund the $1408.29. They said it wasn’t refundable. I said I need to speak to a supervisor. They said to call back and check. No supervisor to be found. I called repeatedly and got the same response. Not refundable. I don’t even recall hearing that clause because it would have been a red flag as hotels don’t do that. It feels like their employees were told, take the money and do not refund anyone. I was leaving for a medical procedure one hour later.I disputed it with my credit card and this company will not honor the refund. I will attach screen shots of all the reviews with similar stories. If I don’t get a refund of my money, I will report you to the better business bureau and consumer fraud.
