Do not use this service under any circumstances. They hijack bookings from hotel websites and scam customers. When you call they deliberately mislead you, do not let you speak with a manager and hang up on you. No response to emails either and all round terrible customer service. They pretend that it is the hotels fault but they are holding your money for a service that has not been provided.DO NOT USE.
