This company is a SCAM, I accidently double booked a room and they would not give me a refund. They are crooked, in fact I clicked on a site that I thought I was on the Hyatt website, I was not I was on getaroom, should be named “GetRippedOFF”. I am next writing a letter to the Federal Trade Commission!! Don’t use these people
