SCAM – I accidentally booked over phone with this company thinking they were Hilton IHG. At no point did they indicate third party. I called hotel to make a change and that’s when I realized my mistake. I requested CA no cancellation and received some refund but not the full amount. After emailing and showing my bank statement the full refund is still not issued. This has caused me alot of stress. Be aware of this deceptive company. I booked from Canada.
