I am having the same issue as everyone else with the shipping and correspondence. Although i have received several emails begging me for forgiveness on how they handled my order. I put a dispute in on my credit card for their charge and i just received an email this morning telling me if i close my dispute they will refund my money in full and send my items. Sounds like a scam to me… Don’t order from them. I ordered on 11/14/22 and as of 12/8/22 i have still not received my order and there is no sign of it being sent out even though they told me it had shipped at the end of November.
