This is a scam operation. I ordered an e bike and they did not dispatch it for weeks. No customer service contact or response to messages.When I complained via paypal they sent me a fake tracking confirmation and claimed that my bike was delivered! Luckily I caught them out because their fake tracking note showed the e bike was dispatched 3 days before my order. This helped the case to fall in my favour.
