Their SMART subscription is a whole ass scam and you have to jump through hoops and wait 24 hours for them to email you a deactivation link. I accidently got it not knowing its a subscription and its not simple to cancel. you have to find a hidden button to deactive the subscription, fill out a survey, and wait for the deactivation link when they could have made it work right there on the spot.
