Bad support / Scammed | Ive made purchase of a giftcard and the support was bad. After making the purchase it went instantly in processing status. After waiting for 11 hours it was still processing so i decided to contact the seller support. After contacting the seller he said there was a technical issue and that I would receive a full refund on my order. After accepting the refund the automatic chat bot said that it should be on my g2a balance in a few moments. Now a few hours later still didn’t receive anything of a refund at all! When trying to contact the g2a support team there isn’t happening anything at all expect I can make a ticket and wait 71 hours to get a simple reply. I bought this for my kid yesterday as a present for his birthday and I am really dissapointed in the way this is going. (EDIT) Reaction under here is not true sadly still havent recieved anything.
