Do not trust this company!!!! I paid for same day delivery by 6pm, and my order was marked as delivered at 4pm, when it in fact was NOT delivered. It was meant to be a surprise for a grieving friend, and I had to ask her to look around the outside of her house for the flowers, and they were no where to be found. I called customer service today and they said that the florist said the “weather was bad yesterday, but they will deliver them today”. That is a ridiculous excuse, and the weather is worse today than it was yesterday so I do not have high hopes. They also could not give the name of the florist as it is “company policy”. I would like to know where my order is coming from so I could have just picked it up and delivered them myself, but they would not release the name of the florist. I will not order from them again, as they have been dishonest and scammy. I wish I read the other reviews before placing an order with them.
