Just writing another review to follow up my last one.Twice I made orders with Fresh Hoods, neither order was ever delivered. I never received the product. BUT I was charged for it.Their phone number is not in service, their customer service emails are automated junk, and they refuse to give you a refund. Even after receiving an email saying they would issue one — they never did. When I sent a followup asking when it would be issued, they told me they can’t issue refunds…. even though my packages were “lost” and never delivered… and even though even if you scroll down on this page they reply to my comment promising to make things right. They literally did nothing other than lie to me about refunding my money.The customer service people are fake, their emails are fake, their business is fake…. *This company is 100% a scam, do not order with them, and I hope this company eventually faces legal repercussions they deserve.*
