Hey I’m trying to get a status on my order. I placed my order back on 11/5. Its been in the same delivery status since 11/14 with no movement. I’ve submitted two messages to customer service with no response. I tried calling the phone number provided for customer service and it’s not in service. These are major red flags. If I don’t hear back from Fresh Hoods today I will be reporting your company as fraudulent and canvassing social media with the horrible experience I’ve been dealing with. You cannot just steal people’s hard earned money!!!
