Placed my order on Nov 4 and didn’t receive a shipping tracking number until Nov 14th. Since then, this tracking number indicated that the package has not yet been received. I’ve filled out a ticket through their help service just about every day with no response. Sent two emails with no response. Their customer service number is no longer in service. I’m sad to say that I no longer believe this is a legitimate business and I’m being scammed out of my money. It’s a shame, those hoodies looked tight 🙁
