    I recently signed up to receive 50% off my first five rides but they blocked me straight away, so that I can’t order a car! I thought this was strange because I’m a brand new customer who has never travelled or even attempted travel with them before, so I spoke with customer service who then told me that ‘we are unable to remove this restriction on in-app payments’ and ‘these precautions are in place for the protection of all our users’ – which is quite funny. I just don’t think they want people actually using the advertised discount, so I believe it to be a scam.
