Booked a taxi, it said 9 mins then 20 mins then 22 nins then 7 mins and so on… Ithey kept changing time of arrival until u had waited an hour then driver cancelled. Sent several emails but still not received my refund. They can be better by being professional, but I now know its a scam company as u have another three friends who have had the same experience. But never refund any money! Rubbish
