FragranceX is a scam even the invoice produced was doctored the cost when I ordered the goods was x and when I got the invoice it was y . The item I had ordered three of I only received 2 and the invoice showed a higher price to fit in with 2 items .The products themselves were liquid in a nameless bottle and did not spell of the perfume I ordered . To add insult to injury they charged an exchange rate that I was unaware of and then attempted to take more money from my account . My bank declined their request . They even had the audacity to say I had previous left a 5 star reference complete lies I never had any prior dealings with this outfit and certainly won’t have any thing to do with them in future.The blame is always passed back to the customer.What I would like to know moving forward what government agencies would need to be contacted in order to have the practices of this operation fully investigated.
