Total scam ordered storage boxes in September, they took money twice and said I ordered for 2 lots. Contacted them straight away, took them a while to reply and they kept messing me about, told me I could have a refund then I wasn’t able to. Waited for tracking number didn’t get it until 1 month later that didn’t exist gave me another and that has sat in Lancaster since beginning of December 🤬 fuming is an understatement. Now they won’t accept my emails and seem to have disappeared
