This company is a scam, I didn’t want to give any stars but I couldnt comment if I didn’t. A massive thumbs down to them, kept saying freight was on the way and blaming their Transport company for delays or loss.I request a refund but just kept being offered a reissue. My emails where answered unlike some other customers but I have now had to go to the company my card comes from and request them to do a charge back.If you have tried seriously to resolve the issue by email and have proof of this, you to can go to the bank or company you have your card with and request a charge back like me.Google requesting a charge back and you will find what you need to apply.
