Do NOT fall for their BS! If you see their ad on FB ignore it. I ordered from them and didn’t receive my order. I contacted them and they answered with a tracking number. Finally after numerous times checking for an update I saw that it went to Massachusetts, I live in New Jersey. I contacted them and they asked me to be patient. Then NOTHING! They don’t return any emails. I put in a complaint with my credit card and told them what happened. After the CC company looked into it I was told that since Focus Novelty has the correct name and mailing address I will have to work with them to get the item I purchased. How can I do that when they don’t reply? Yes, I got scammed and I am very disappointed with my CC company. Again, do NOT buy anything from this company
