When I initially purchased tickets through this company, I was quoted one price, which I purchased the tickets. Soon after I received a phone call stating it would cost me additional $$284.80 because the basic economy seats where no longer available and this was the only way I could receive the tickets. When I received the E-tickets from Delta, the price was lower than the original price I had been quoted and they say they are economy seats. I tried several times to reach Rick White, who stopped communicating all together. I feel I have been cheated and question if this company is scamming most people out of additional money. The customer service is definitely disappointing. I would caution anyone from using this company as my receipts from Flights Mojo and Delta definitely approximately $300 more. I am happy to provide both receipts to prove my review.
