I sent them a case and everything went well in the beginning, then they disappeared and are systematically not answering any email when I ask for updates on my case. The website is absolutely useless with very little information and there is no customer service by phone. I fear a scam but cannot do anything after the withdrawal period which is long past. I’ll maybe receive the money in the end or maybe not. My advice is if you have a minimum of patience, avoid to pay for a mediocre service and deal with it yourself.
