I will just refer to Mirandas post the other day as this is exactly what happened to me:”Never ever use this company. They charge you an extra insurance without asking if you want it, giving you the impression that it’s compulsory and have you sign a document. If you complain, you get the reply that you signed it. Car hire was 50€, insurance was 100€. They are shameless.”For reference, they might say that it is a deposit but you will end up with a non refundable supercover insurance. Pay the extra money for Avis, Europcar etc…Companies like Firefly live off scamming people.
