Feetfinder customer service is AWFUL.I’m currently living in a foreign country, with only one thing in my name, and the address is not printed fully (missing info). I’m not able to set up any method for payout, so FeetFinder is unable to deliver its service as promised. Any they are not supporting me with my concerns – this has dragged on for MONTHS! I just want to cancel my membership and get a refund, because they can’t deliver the service as promised, but all the communication i have received has ignored the details I have included. They send canned emails. The support it absolutely the pits.Also – don’t contact ppl posting their instagram and snapchats in the reviews – they are scammers!
