AUTO-RENEWAL SCAM. I made a 1 off 3 month purchase with no auto-renewal. Somehow the company changed this to automatically renew. I emailed the company for a refund and they refused, sending me screenshots of where it would say auto-renewal when signing up. Before sending my first email I checked in PayPal and auto-renewal had been activated, I switched this off and 5 days later it was turned back on for auto-renewal and I have screenshots toprove this. I emailed to company again asking for cancellation confirmation and will take this to my lawyer, I have insurance so won’t cost me a penny. I wanted to update my comment to remain fair. After emailing to company again after they first refused to pay a refund the company refunded me the full amount of 53.19€.
