COMPLETE SCAM! The moment you order something (which never arrives by the way) they make you a VIP member, and at no point do they tell you that VIP member means they will charge you 47 euros every two weeks!! They say things like “topping up credits” instead. It’s completely misleading information and the misguide their customers. I asked my bank to block them, and to cancel what they charged my credit card. I’m also filing a complaint with the European Commission for Consumer Affairs. So sorry for everyone here that got scammed. And to their customer service, don’t you dare reply with that ridiculous copy/paste text. You unlawfully mislead consumers.
