The worst booking company ever! I am having to wait 7DAYS for a refund for a hotel I didn’t even check into. These people are scammers I waited 45 minutes for them to let me know I had to wait until 4pm to check in. It is now 5am. We are now taking the 2 hour drive home with no sleep. They did not offer to accommodate in any way. Beware of this company. They have lost a coustmer and I will make sure everyone knows about t this lying scamming company.
