What went wrong – it’s pretty simple Exodus stole my money, then their “support team” has done everything they can to cover it up, sound like they really care but have done absolutely nothing about the recovery of my asset, they know exactly who stole it – Changelly a partner business to Exodus, they know exactly how and when they were granted access to my wallet – Exodus even got paid by Changelly to steal my money. Not once but twice. The Exodus support team is not interested in getting their scammed customers money back at all. They are more interested in reading these review sites to some how spin their scam into – “ nothing we can do, it will only be a slight delay” complete lies. The truth is my money was now stolen months ago and Exodus support has not even spoken with their criminal consortium Changelly to try and get my money back! Not once. Worse they won’t even make contact with me the customer – they simply offer pitiful excuses as to why they can’t help, and make comments about oh no that does sound terrible – the most condescending annoying comments that take no ownership of their actions or lack there of!Today I have accepted Exodus have scammed me and Changelly won’t return my money – so I went and bought a Ledger and transferred all my crypto holding to a cold storage wallet – this exodus on line wallet is a scam and if you too want your money stolen – Exodus is the right company for you!It cost me a few hundred dollars but Exodus has cost me thousands, so cheap really. Warning to anybody be who reads this – DONT USE EXODUS!!
