I wish I read these reviews before I purchased.I ordered a charger on 17th December and paid an extra $49 for express shipping for 2-4 day delivery in the hope I would receive it before Christmas. I followed up numerous times and got the same auto response from Jane H that everyone else got. The tracking page wasn’t updating until I made an enquiry. It felt very much like a scam. I received the package yesterday on 5th January, which is well outside the 2-4 days. The lack of personalised communication, not answering my questions and not refunding my $49 shipping means I will never purchase from them again. Their refund policy of not allowing refunds if the box has been opened would be illegal in Australia. Buyer beware
